Cut chicken into bite size pieces and cook then set aside keeping warm. boil water for pasta. |

Coat sauté pan with cooking spray and heat to medium-high. |

Add celery, leek and garlic and cook for 4-5 minutes until vegetables soften, adding a little broth to prevent burning. |

Add remaining broth and tomato paste and stir in tomatoes and seasoning and bring to a simmer. |

Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions, drain and transfer into bowl. |

Stir chicken into vegetable mix and heat. |
