  1. Brown onion in pot with cooking spray like Pam. Add ground turkey, brown.
  2. Add all other ingredients and allow to come to a boil.
  3. Spice with cumin, cinnamon, sea salt, and cayenne pepper.
  4. Simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.
  5. Serve topped with shredded cheese.
