Three Bean Chili
Very tasty protein packed three bean chili, good for a cold night.
15 oz red kidney beans
15 oz great northern beans
1 3/4 cups Southwestern style corn
2 cups diced tomatoes with garlic and onion
16 oz lean ground turkey
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 small white onion
2 cups chick peas
Brown onion in pot with cooking spray like Pam. Add ground turkey, brown.
Add all other ingredients and allow to come to a boil.
Spice with cumin, cinnamon, sea salt, and cayenne pepper.
Simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Serve topped with shredded cheese.
