Shrimp Quiche
Quick, easy and delicious shrimp quiche.

  1. Whisk eggs and cream together.
  2. Chop green peppers, slice squash and zucchini. Take tails off shrimp.
  3. Put the shrimp and peppers into the egg mixture.
  4. Arrange squash and zucchini on bottom of buttered pie dish (glass works best), pour egg and pepper mixture over it.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes at 325 °F (160 °C) or until firm and slightly browned around the edges.
