A homemade version of a Campbell's soup classic.
600 g lamb broth
900 g chicken stock
1 cup chopped carrots, diced
1/2 cup chopped celery, diced
1/4 cup chopped onion, chopped
1 oz parsley
4 oz lean lamb, cubed
1/4 cup barley
4 oz potato, diced
Place all ingredients in large crock pot.
Set on low, simmer for 6-8 hours, or on high for 2-3 hours.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serving size is approximately 1 cup or 250 ml.
