1 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp minced ginger
4 <span class="measurestring" title="medium (4-1/8" long)">medium</span> scallions, sliced
16 oz tofu
Press tofu under weighted plate to drain for 30 minutes.
Mix together gochujang, hon dashi, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic and minced ginger.
Slice tofu into bite sized pieces and pour sauce over the top.
Finish by sprinkling sesame seeds and scallions.
