1. Wash and slice the vegetables. Make sure the dirt are removed.
2. Put a pan with 1 tbsp oil over low heat. Add steak and cook until brown. Set aside.
3. Pour the remaining oil into the pan, then add garlic and ginger. Sauté for 1 minute.
4. Add sugar, sriracha, and vinegar. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
5. Put the vegetables and stir to combine with sauce.
6. Add the beef and mix.
7. Serve with sesame seeds on top.
