Beef Cabbage Rolls
An easy way to make cabbage rolls.
6 oz lean ground beef
134 g cabbage
1/4 cup tomatoes
1/3 cup rice
1/2 packet beef broth
1/4 tsp chili
1/4 tsp garlic
1 dash pepper
1 tbsp ketchup
Brown ground beef in frying pan and drain.
Add pepper, garlic and chili powder to pan (and any other spices you wish to add as well).
Add cabbage to pan.
Add beef broth to pan.
Add rice to pan.
Mix all items together and simmer on low for about 5 minutes.
