Turkey Taco Soup
A delicious, easy to make taco soup to keep in your back (or front) pocket.
16 oz ground turkey
32 oz chicken broth, reduced sodium
15 oz black beans, drained
14 1/2 oz tomatoes, diced
2 tbsps taco seasoning
11 oz corn with sweet peppers
In a large saucepan, cook turkey until browned. Drain off fat.
Stir in broth, beans, tomatoes, and taco seasoning.
Bring to a boil over high heat; reduce heat and let simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in corn.
Serve with tortilla chips, if desired
in 1 serving of Turkey Taco Soup.
