4 leaves basil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
1 italian tomato
Cut mozzarella (if not cut), and cut tomato. (Tip: whole milk products can be substituted with low-fat).
Put the mozzarella slices on a plate and add tomato slices.
Pour olive oil and balsamic vinegar over mozzarella and tomatoes.
Add basil leaves (they are for eating, not only decoration).
