200 g yogurt, lowfat
1 tsp ground cumin
1 dash ground black pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 dash salt
2 limes yield lime juice
1 <span class="measurestring" title="head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia)">head medium</span> white cabbage, shredded
4 sprigs coriander, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
8 <span class="measurestring" title="medium (4-1/8" long)">medium</span> spring onions, chopped
1 <span class="measurestring" title="medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia)">medium</span> red pepper, strips
1 <span class="measurestring" title="medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia)">medium</span> orange pepper, strips
1 <span class="measurestring" title="pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia)">large</span> yellow pepper, strips
In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, lime juice, cayenne, cumin and garlic.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Mix the cabbage, red, yellow and orange peppers, coriander and spring onion into the yogurt dressing.
