My favorite eggs, yummy and simple.
4 large egg whites
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp salsa
1/2 <span class="measurestring" title="medium whole (2-3/5" dia)">medium whole</span> tomato
In a frying pan, fry 4 egg whites.
While they are frying, chop up half a medium-sized tomato, reserving the other half for another meal.
When the eggs are cooked to your liking, put them on a plate.
Sprinkle with paprika and pepper, pour the chopped tomato over and around the eggs and then add the salsa for some spice (if you like).
