Seasoned Vegetable Soup
A soup you can eat while on the LA Weight Loss take off plan.
1 tbsp ground basil
1 tsp ground oregano
1 dash pepper
1 dash salt
2 <span class="measurestring" title="can (10.75 oz), prepared">cans</span> chicken broth
4 cups broccoli
1 cup chopped celery
1 <span class="measurestring" title="package (10 oz)">package</span> okra
1 cup chopped snow peas
2 cups chopped zucchini
Add all vegetables and chicken broth to a large pot.
Cook for 2-3 hours on low heat.
Serve hot or cold.
