1 1/2 cups milk, lowfat
2 medium eggs
2 tbsps vegetable oil
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 oz splenda
1 cup wheat flour
Add baking soda.
Add vegetable oil.
Add sugar substitute and mix.
Add flour mix.
Cook over medium heat until brown. Flip over and repeat.
in 1 serving of Lite Pancakes.
