  1. Mix all dry ingredients together, keep separate.
  2. Mix all wet ingredients together.
  3. Add 1 cup hot water from the tap, not kettle.
  4. Mix in dry ingredients and mix for 4 minutes.
  5. Put in loaf pan and let rise in draft free area for 80 minutes.
  6. Bake in a 350 °F (175 °C) oven for 35 minutes.
