Egg Drop Noodle Soup
A quick and tasty Chinese style soup.
4 cups chicken broth
1/2 medium green bell pepper, sliced thinly
1 cup lettuce, shredded
1/4 cup cilantro leaves
1 large egg, slightly beaten
1 block plain ramen noodles, broken up
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
Add the bell pepper, lettuce and chicken broth to a large pot. Bring to a boil.
Add the soy sauce and ramen noodles. Boil for 3 minutes.
Turn off the heat and add the egg, stirring constantly.
When egg has cooked add the cilantro and sesame oil. Serve immediately.
