Cheesy Chicken Casserole
Quick and easy tasty low calorie casserole that's great for any dieter.
8 oz low fat cheddar, cubed
16 oz chicken breasts, chopped
1 cup cream of mushroom soup with garlic
1 cup cream of mushroom soup
1 cup cooked broccoli
1 cup pieces or slices mushrooms
2 cups elbow shaped whole wheat macaroni, cooked
2 cups fat free milk
Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C)
In large casserole dish, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
Bake covered, 35-45 minutes. Remove cover. Bake 10-15 minutes. Serve immediately.
Note: try adding different kinds of vegetables.
