Pre-heat oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare your baking sheet with a sheet of non-stick tin-foil or spray with cooking spray. |

In a shallow dish (one that will allow you to coat the chicken breasts) combine Corn Flake crumbs, parmesan cheese, herbs and spices. |

In a separate bowl, whisk together dijon mustard, water and eggs. |

Coat each chicken breast in egg/mustard mixture, then roll in the crumb mixture; place on the baking sheet. |

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until chicken is golden brown and fully cooked throughout. |
