1 dash black pepper
3 tbsps vinegar
50 oz chicken
1 tbsp hot pepper flakes
1 <span class="measurestring" title="cup (8 fl oz)">cup</span> chicken broth
3 tbsps Worcestershire sauce
1 large onion, thinly sliced
3 tbsps brown sugar
Place chicken in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
Arrange onions over top.
Mix together vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, pepper, hot pepper flakes, chili powder, and stock.
Pour mixture over chicken and bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 1 hour or until done.
While chicken is cooking, baste with juices occasionally.
