90 Second Muffin
A slower version of the one minute muffin.
1/2 tbsp butter
1 large egg
0.12 cup ground almonds
4 tbsps ground flax
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tbsps sugar free syrup
Melt butter in small bowl.
Add syrup and egg. Mix well.
In separate bowl, mix baking powder, flax meal and almond meal.
Combine all ingredients.
Place in microwave and cook for 90 seconds.
Eat plain, with butter, or even with a bit of whipped cream.
