Orecchiette with Broccoli and White Beans

||Cook pasta according to packaging. In a separate pan, blanch broccoli for 2-3 minutes.
||Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add minced shallot and cook until softened. Stir in garlic, oregano, and pepper flakes until fragrant.
||Add beans and cook until tender. Pour some pasta water and bring to boil.
||Adjust heat to low then add broccoli, pasta and parmesan. Stir to incorporate. Turn off heat. Transfer to a plate then serve.
