Stuffed Pasta with Tomato Sauce
A very simple rustic pasta with tomato sauce recipe.

  1. Place garlic and tomatoes on backing sheet. Spray lightly with olive oil cooking spray. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and salt & pepper to taste.
  2. Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) until garlic and tomatoes are tender - about 20 minutes.
  3. Cook pasta according to directions on package. Save approximately a quarter to half a cup of the pasta cooking liquid and place in a bowl.
  4. While cooking liquid is still warm, mash the cooked garlic into liquid then slightly mash the tomatoes into liquid to make the sauce. The sauce will be chunky.
  5. Toss warm pasta into the warm sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and enjoy.
