1. | Mix seasoning with the ground meat. |
2. | Form into a loaf; it should feel firm enough to hold together. |
3. | Spray a loaf pan with butter flavored cooking spray. |
4. | Add the meat loaf and sprinkle with additional garlic and pepper. |
5. | Cover pan with foil and place in a 350 °F (175 °C) oven for 20 minutes. |
6. | Check meat, uncover and cook to 160 °F (70 °C). |
