Turkey and Vegetable Chili
A really great chili.
1 tbsp chili powder
1 lb ground turkey
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1 large onion, diced
1 1/2 cups chopped green peppers
1 1/2 cups sliced yellow squash, diced
2 cans diced tomatoes
2 cups black beans
Sauté turkey in a pot.
Add all remaining ingredients.
Cook for 1 or more hours until vegetables are done or longer for more flavor.
Note: add any vegetables you like and it also freezes well.
