Turkey and Cheese Stuffed Pepper
Baked red bell pepper stuffed with ground turkey and cheese. You can use beef as well.
||Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
||Cut top off the red pepper and remove all seeds and insides.
||Mix turkey with black pepper and seasoned salt like Lawry's.
||Fill the red pepper with the meat, cover with foil and put in oven for 30 minutes.
||When meat has browned, add cheese on top and cook for 10 minutes.
||Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
