Super easy, fast and so very tasty.
||Heat oil in a large pot and add diced onions.
||Sweat onions until they turn translucent. If you like garlic add minced clove now.
||Add turkey and brown until mostly cooked.
||Add all of your canned items making sure to drain the beans first.
||Add the chicken stock.
||Add the spices. Season to taste.
||Bring to a simmer for about 15 minutes. Serve.
||Note: if you like your soup super flavorful, double up on the spices and add black pepper.
