Sweet Potato and Chilli Soup
A creamy filling soup perfect for winter.

  1. Spray the saucepan with oil spray and gently fry the onions and garlic until they turn slightly brown.
  2. Add the chillies and fry for another 30 seconds.
  3. Add the carrots, sweet potato and stock. Bring to the boil and leave to simmer for 20 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Liquidize the soup and return to the pan.
  5. Season to taste and serve.
