  1. Pour all ingredients into blender in the following order - milk, flax, sugar, yogurt, strawberries and then 2 cups of ice cubes.
  2. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and you hear no ice or frozen fruit rattling in the unit. (You may need to stir once with long spoon to redistribute ingredients).
  3. Pour into glasses, garnish with a fresh strawberry or sprig of mint and serve immediately.
