An Italian twist on a classic hummus.

16 oz canellini beans
1/4 cup sun dried tomato halves
1 tsp oregano leaves
2 tbsps olive oil
2 tbsps lemon juice
Directions
Rinse and drain the beans.
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Note: for a thinner consistency add 1 tablespoon of water at a time.
