  1. Squeeze sausage out of casing into a large pot and saute over medium heat breaking down into ground sausage. You may need to add a bit of olive oil so it doesn't stick to the pan.
  2. Chop green cabbage into large shredded pieces and place over the cooked sausage.
  3. Crush stewed tomatoes over top of the cabbage.
  4. Add your garlic powder and red pepper flakes. Place a lid on the pot and simmer over medium-low heat for approximately 20-30 minutes until the cabbage has softened.
  5. Stir to mix ingredients. Serve immediately as a side or a full-keto meal. This actually tastes better the next day as all of the flavors meld together.
