Cherry Balsamic Honey Mustard Reduction Sauce
Great reduction sauce with balsamic vinegar, dried cherries, honey and brown mustard.
2 tbsps dried cherries
5 tbsps balsamic vinegar
2 tsps brown mustard
1 tbsp butter
1/2 <span class="measurestring" title="cup (8 fl oz)">cup</span> water
1/4 cup honey
Mix all ingredients.
Heat in pan and reduce, add water.
Boil, lower heat and remove from heat, blend, return to heat, reduce further.
Use to drizzle over meats, like pork and chicken.
