1 1/4 cups almond meal flour
1 1/2 oz garbanzo bean flour
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
1 1/2 tsps baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt
5 large eggs
2 1/2 tbsps ghee
1 tbsp white vinegar
3 packets sweetener
In a food processor combine flours, baking soda and salt. Mix well.
Add egg yolks, melted butter, sweetener and vinegar. Mix well.
Beat 5 whites until soft peaks form. Pour whites into flour mixture and mix well with processor.
Bake 45 minutes at 350 °F (175 °C) or until wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Note: try adding garlic salt, cinnamon, Parmesan or herbs.
