Tomato & Cucumber Balsamic Pasta Salad
Pasta salad made with tomatoes, cucumbers and red onion with balsamic vinegar as a base.
||Start water for pasta. Slice tomatoes in 1/2 and the into slices. Slice cucumber into slices and dice onion. Add to large bowl.
||Cook pasta while finishing preparation on vegetables.
||Drain and rinse pasta to large bowl.
||Add lite balsamic dressing, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
||Note: you can add Parmesan or Romano cheese, but it will increase the calorie and fat content.
