Tofu Fried Rice
A really tasty side dish combining fried rice, egg, tofu, carrots and cabbage.
1/2 package baked tofu (2 oz)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 cups cooked brown rice
1/4 cup egg substitute
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
3 tsps garlic
1/2 tbsp grapeseed oil
2 tbsps teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
2 1/2 oz cabbage
1 1/2 oz carrots
1 3/4 oz onions
Heat skillet; put oil in pan.
Sauté vegetables, tofu and garlic until soft.
Add sauces and stir until well coated.
Add cold cooked rice.
Stir-fry until heated through, then serve.
in 1 serving of Tofu Fried Rice.
