Slice pork into thin strips. |

Heat oil in large wok and add the finely sliced garlic. |

Add pork once garlic is golden and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes. Then add sliced onion. |

Season with fish sauce, sugar, and ground black pepper. Stir in cilantro. |

Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until pork is cooked through and onion browned. |

Add all the vegetables sliced longways (cucumber, red pepper, scallions and small wedged tomatoes). |

Add pineapple chunks and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes. Enjoy! |
