A delicious dessert that kinda makes you forget that you are on a diet.
8 oz cream cheese package
12 oz ricotta cheese
1/2 cup blueberries
6 cups sliced strawberries
5 servings 1 packet splenda (sweetener)
16 oz whipped topping, low fat
Mix the ricotta cheese, cream cheese, whipped topping (such as Cool Whip) and Splenda with a mixer until smooth.
In a clear dish layer 1/3 strawberries, then 1/2 cheese mixture, then 1/3 strawberries, then 1/2 cheese mixture, then last 1/3 layer of strawberries and top with blueberries sprinkled.
Freeze for 2 hours or refrigerate overnight.
Scoop out with a large serving spoon in a small bowl.
One serving is all you need, so share with your non-dieting friends, they'll love it too!
