  1. Take the steaks and coat them with with salt and black pepper.
  2. In a skillet take the steaks and add 2 tbsp of the light butter and mix in the mustard and onions.
  3. Cook for ~4 minutes on each side and then remove and put aside, keeping warm.
  4. Add the lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, and remaining butter to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Chop the parsley and chives and pour over the steaks.
