Great steak that's easy to prepare.
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp or 1 packet mustard
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsps light butter
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 lemon yields lemon juice
1 tsp chopped fresh chives
1 1/2 tbsps green onions
1/2 tbsp parsley
4 lbs rib eye steak
Take the steaks and coat them with with salt and black pepper.
In a skillet take the steaks and add 2 tbsp of the light butter and mix in the mustard and onions.
Cook for ~4 minutes on each side and then remove and put aside, keeping warm.
Add the lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, and remaining butter to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes.
Chop the parsley and chives and pour over the steaks.
