Spanish Rice
A Fast Smash version of Spanish rice.

  1. Heat olive oil in skillet.
  2. Add onions, peppers and garlic.
  3. When vegetables are soft add one cup water and can of tomato paste.
  4. Add chili powder and cumin.
  5. Stir in the cooked rice and drained and rinsed kidney beans.
  6. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
