Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff
Just set it and forget it. A great simple but tasty dish.
||Cut steak into cubes or strips and sear.
||Meanwhile, add stock, salt and pepper, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup to slow cooker.
||Add seared meat and juices to cooker, cook on low for 6 hours.
||Turn slow cooker to high and add wine and fresh, sliced mushrooms.
||Whisk the flour with 1/3 cup water and add, cooking for 15 minutes.
||Stir in sour cream before serving.
||Note: serve over egg noodles, wild rice or mashed potatoes.
