Salmon Spinach Feta Quiche
Eggs and salmon provide a great protein mix together with vegetables and a little cheese.
1/4 cup crumbled feta
6 large egg
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 cups spinach
1/2 cup chopped or sliced tomato
3 oz boneless salmon
Beat eggs and add all ingredients.
Pour into a pie dish that has been lightly sprayed with olive oil.
Bake at 325 °F (160 °C) for about 20 minutes or till egg mix is set.
Yummy for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
