Grandma's rice pudding is surely a family favorite.
||Beat eggs, add sugar to taste, and vanilla. Add scalded milk.
||Put a tablespoon of margarine (or butter)into casserole, melt in oven.
||Pour in rice and egg mixture. Should be quite soupy.
||Add second tablespoon of margarine, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mix.
||Bake for 20-30 minutes until knife comes out clean.
||Serve with a little milk and additional cinnamon/sugar mix if needed.
