  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Lightly spray a baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Slice a peach in half. Remove the pit, and scoop out any crunchy pit residue that's left behind. Place peach halves cut-side-up in baking pan.
  3. Melt a small amount of butter - about half a teaspoon. Dot the peach halves with butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and a pinch of cloves.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes, or until flesh is soft.
  5. Serve warm.
