1. Mix eggs properly with dash of salt. Once mixed to best fluffiness, add cc.
2. In meantime mix all dry ingredients and add it to the bowl. Once mixed, add boiling water and vinegar. Mix once again and let sit for 15-20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
3. Take dough out of bowl and shape into bread loaf. Take a bit of Oat fiber and cover top of loaf with it. Cut a few lines with a knife to give natural look. Place it in oven and bake for 90 minutes.
