Rigatoni with pizza toppings.
3 turkey pepperoni slices 70% less fat
1 oz ground turkey 90/10
1/2 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
2 oz bell peppers
1/2 cup pasta sauce
1 1/2 oz baby bella mushrooms
2 oz onions
1 cup cooked rigatoni
Dice the mushrooms, peppers, and onions and set aside.
Bring water in a medium pan to boil and once boiling add your rigatoni.
In a saucepan on medium low heat pour traditional sauce along with peppers, onions and mushrooms and cover.
In a frying pan cook and chop your ground turkey until fully cooked, once cooked drain and add it to your sauce.
Once rigatoni is done strain the pasta for serving.
Place 1 cup of rigatoni on plate and cover with 1 cup of your completed meat sauce. Add 3 slices of turkey pepperoni and top with your shredded mozzarella.
