Jelly & Cream Dessert

  1. Make up the jelly/jello the night before so it is ready for dinner the next day.
  2. Take two champagne flutes or wine glasses. Put three to six teaspoons of sour cream in the bottom of each, so it fills 1/3 of the glass.
  3. Scoop out some jelly/jello from its mould and put on a plate. Chop the jelly into small pieces. Put the jelly carefully on top of the sour cream so that the next 1/3 of the glass is full.
  4. Finally, fill the remainder of the glass with whipped cream (using a piping bag will make it look extra luxurious) and garnish the top with some chopped chocolate.
