Cocoa berry yogurt smoothie that is really yummy.
1 <span class="measurestring" title="container (8 oz)">container</span> lowfat vanilla yogurt
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup lowfat milk
5 tbsps cocoa powder
6 packets sugar substitute
1 <span class="measurestring" title="cup (8 fl oz)">cup</span> ice cubes
1 cup frozen blueberries
Heat the milk for 1-2 minutes in the microwave. Dissolve the cocoa powder in the heated milk.
Starting with the yogurt, add everything to the blender with a cup of ice. Blend until smooth.
Optional additions include a splash of vanilla flavoring.
