Burgundy Beef Tips

  1. Heat butter in a large skillet and brown meat.
  2. Remove meat and place in a deep casserole dish.
  3. Mix half the bouillon, soy sauce, garlic, onion and wine in the skillet, heat thoroughly.
  4. Mix remaining bouillon and cornstarch and add to sauce. Stirring constantly. Cook until sauce thickens.
  5. Pour into casserole, cover and bake in oven at 275° F (135° C) for 1 hour.
  6. Stir in mushroom soup until smooth. Serve over noodles or rice.
