Berry Balsamic Pork Chops
Fast and delicious pork chops.
2 tbsps balsamic vinegar
3 tbsps sugar
4 <span class="measurestring" title="medium (5.5 oz, with bone, raw) (yield after cooking, bone removed)">medium</span> pork chops
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup whole cranberries
1/3 <span class="measurestring" title="cup (8 fl oz)">cup</span> water
Heat 12" skillet and oil on medium until hot. Add chops and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cook 12 minutes until browned but very slightly pink in center then transfer to plate.
Add water, cranberries, vinegar and sugar to skillet. Heat to boiling scraping up browned bits from pan.
Add juices from chops on plate and cook 2 minutes until thickened slightly.
Pour sauce over chops and serve.
