Ingredients
Directions
  1. Brown lean ground beef with onions, peppers and garlic.
  2. Add tomatoes and paste and cook to make sauce.
  3. Cut up cabbage and rinse, do not cook.
  4. Layer ingredients, cabbage and then sauce, finishing with sauce.
  5. Cover with foil and bake at 350° F (175° C) for 1 hour.
  6. Note: you can use ground turkey for less calories/points.
