||Mash ripened bananas in a bowl.
||Add the rest of ingredients and mix just until moistened.
||Pour into large loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray like Pam.
||Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 1 hour and 5 minutes, or until wooden skewer comes out clean.
||This comes out so delicious and moist; I was very impressed that it made "bread" instead of mush.
||Note: if you wish, add a small amount of chocolate chips for an extra treat.
