Ingredients

Directions

1. To make the meatballs first, place ground turkey & ground beef in a dish.
2. Very finely chop & dice the onion and add. Add herbs, Dijonnaise (just Dijon mustard & mayonnaise). The Dijonnaise will hold the meatballs together so you don't need an egg.
3. Once mixed thoroughly, take a large tablespoon of mixture and make a large meatball. Place on baking pan. Mixture should yield approximately 16 meatballs.
4. Heat oven to 350° F (175° C) and place meatballs in oven for 30 minutes.
5. Take zucchini (from Zucchini Noodles recipe by LittleMamaMickey) and use a potato peeler to cut strips. Heat olive oil in pan and cook zucchini noodles for 1-3 minutes.
6. Open large canned tomatoes and place in pot. Break up tomatoes with a fork. Heat to desired temperature.
7. Place "noodles" in bowl, add 3 large meatballs, top with tomato sauce, sprinkle parmesan cheese and you are good to go.
8. Enjoy!
